My husband and I just moved to Mill Pond Apts. a few weeks ago. I really appreciate Miranda and Ashley (property managers), and how they are so kind and helpful! We had a maintenance issue when moving in that they (and the great maintenance professionals) took a lot of their time to address. The community is lovely and feels very safe. The people in the community we have met here so far have all been very kind. We love that it’s close to a lot of parks and trails!

We love living at Mill Pond! It is located in such a convenient place around many stores and just miles away from several local parks/hiking trails. The complex is beautifully maintained and includes several nice amenities such as the pool, small exercise room, and sidewalks to walk within the community. Maintenance requests are typically fulfilled within the same day and staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend living here!

We have been living here for about three months and enjoy it. The apartments and grounds are well kept. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Both the office and maintenance staff are kind, responsive and helpful. The location is convenient to shopping and not far from the freeway. Our floorplan is spacious and the rent is fair, I'd say it's a much better deal than other options in the area. There is a trail very close by for biking or running. Highly recommend!
